I was the Class President in high school. I was always one to succeed at whatever I tried. Sports, academics, business, whatever…. It didn’t matter. There was nothing I couldn’t do. I graduated high school in 1990 and went to undergraduate school at UNC Chapel Hill. My parents were unable to pay for my college, however, I worked a 40 hour work week, running my own business, and graduated in 4 years. I excelled on campus, both socially and academically. Today represented a major milestone a Quma clientColumbus Regional Hospital, an awarding-winning hospital in southern Indiana.

CRH was struck with a rampaging torrent of water that flooded the basement and first floors. All patients in the hospital were safely evacuated, but the facility itself was devastated.

Original estimates predicted that CRH would be out of business for 12-18 months. But on Oct 27, CRH welcomes patients once again.

In preparation for the re-opening, The Ownership Spirit seminar by Quma Learning was offered to the entire workforce. Nearly 700 employees took advantage of the training, and the response was overwhelming positive. For example: In the category of Overall effectiveness of the Training over 96% of the participants gave the highest possible ranking.
